Following a careful selection from our applicant pool, prospective employees are subjected to Infolink’s rigorous interview and screening process. Successful candidates are then trained in our IT service processes and ITIL Awareness and Foundations programs. Also where is applicable, employees are trained in our customer’s methodologies. We also devote considerable resources to continuing education for our software engineering and support staff, with a focus on software engineering methodologies, internet/intranet technology, and client-server application tools.
Infolink will also design training programs in specific technologies according to our customer’s requierements, assuring that our newly hired staff will become productive as soon as possible.
Universities
To ensure the quality of our staff, we draw upon the technical talent of six different colleges and universities in our local region, which includes El Paso, TX, Las Cruces, NM and Juarez, Mexico. These universities graduate approximately 500-600 bilingual computer scientists and engineers each year. Infolink has maintained strong ties with local educational institutions, giving us unique access to the best students in each graduating class.

In addition, we are able to draw from the growing base of engineers and technical professionals across Mexico and other countries in Latin America.
